WRAP PROGRAM

SOME OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WRAP PROGRAM ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Project-specific policy will provide aggregated policy limits of liability that are reduced by expenses.
• Policy limits available are 1m/2m/1m with a maximum policy term of 24 months.
• The Policy also provides extended completed operations coverage up to statute.
• A retention will apply on an aggregated basis and includes LAE

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WRAP UP POLICY SUBMISSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Wrap Application
• Subscription Agreement
• Supplemental Application
(when adding coverage for architect/engineer: excludes professional coverage)
• Minimum 5 year current valued loss history (from both the Sponsor/Organizer
and/or the General Contractor)
• Current Financial Statement
• Soils Report

MINIMUM PREMIUMS:

• Minimum policy premium is $125,000 and the minimum retention is $50,000.
• The subscription fee for the wrap policy is a flat $3500.

New Ventures:

The Sponsor / Organizer might be a new venture but this would require an experienced licensed general contractor to be in place with a minimum of five years experience.
