This program is designed to provide GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE to the small to medium artisan contractor and is currently available only to select producers.
BLANKET ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT IS INCLUDED IN ALL POLICES AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. INDIVIDUAL ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED AT A CHARGE OF $150. PER ENTITY TO BE NAMED ADDITIONAL INSURED.
PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY WORDING & WAIVER OF SUBROGATION ARE AVAILABLE UPON APPROVAL BY CARRIER. SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Florida
$3,000 policy minimum applies for all new construction General Contractors and Roofers (class codes 91342, 91580R, 91580C, 98677,98679)
$1,500 policy minimum applies to all other classes
New York
$8,000 policy minimum applies to all policies issued with the 2 Year Sunset form
$10,000 policy minimum applies to all policies issued with the No Sunset Policy form
All other States
$3,000 policy minimum applies for all new construction General Contractors (class codes 91342, 91580R, 91580C)
$7,500 policy minimum applies to all roofing contractors (class codes 98679,98677)
$1,500 policy minimum applies to all other classes.
Minimum earned premium is 25% of the annual policy premium, this applies to all States.**

ELIGIBILITY
|
|
• $1,000,000 MAXIMUM gross receipts including material cost
• There is no limitation on the amount of work that can be subcontracted to others.
• Subcontractors must provide certificates, hold harmless our insured and name our insured as “additional insured” per Contractors Special Conditions endorsement
• New ventures are accepted in this program. They must have three (3) of years experience in same line of work and provide a resume demonstrating experience in trade and management
• Risks with losses or requesting the 2,000,000 / 2,000,000 limit must be submitted for underwriting approval
• General Contractors are accepted into this program.
